       Please note:

  • Adult is age 21 and over,
  • Youth is Age 15 to 20,
  • Junior is Age 14 and Under.

    The only difference in costs between Youth & Junior is the cost of food.

Packages - Best Option

If you are coming for the entire event, the easiest and best registration package is the Full Weekend package.   This includes:

  • Meet registration for all 3 Official WCOC events
  • Indoor Accommodation at James River Children's Retreat (Fri/Sat/Sun)
  • Food (3-Breakfasts, 3-Lunches, 2-Dinners including Sunday BBQ Banquet)
  • Entry into all the 'Un-official' Fun Events

The cost for the Full Weekend package is :

  • Adults :   $237 
  • Youth :    $167 
  • Children : $149

Age is based on your age as of December 31 of this year.

There is plenty of indoor accommodation - in a main building and in several cabins around the property.  You only need to bring your sleeping bag.  But if you wish to tent on-site instead of using the Indoor Accommodation , the cost of the package is slightly less.  Even if you decide to stay in a tent, you still receive all your meals and the banquet, same as if you stayed indoors.

  • Adult (Tent Option):  $172 + tent cost
  • Youth (Tent Option): $112 + tent cost
  • Children (Tent Option): $89 + tent cost

Note: The tent cost is $18 per night per tent, or $50 for the entire weekend.
You only pay the 'tent cost' per tent, not per person.  Only one person staying in that tent adds the cost of the tent to their registration.  For example - if you have a family of four staying in one tent for the entire weekend, register all four people under the 'Tent Option' and on one of those four people add the tent at $45 for the weekend.

If you need to rent an SI stick, don't forget to include that as well.

Children Under 6

If you have a child and you only wish to walk the course with them, we will provide you a map of Course 1 at no extra charge.  Please send us an e-mail to let us know in advance so that we may print enough copies of the map.

For registering children under 6 , simply choose the Junior Accommodation & food options.  For children age 2 and under where you will providing your own bed and food, no registration is required at all. 

Spectator Package

If you only wish to attend the WCOC's as an adult chaperone or spectator , then this  package will simplify your registration.  It combines the meals including the banquet and accommodation into one package so that you don't need to select each item individually.

Individual Item Registration

If you only wish to participate in certain events, or have arranged your own accommodation, or can only attend certain days you can pick and choose what you wish to register.  See below or the the on-line registration form for more details and specific costs.

Registering Families / Groups

If you are registering for multiple people, each person must be entered in the registration form individually.  You can then 'check-out' once everyone has been recorded.

Payment Methods

Visa , Mastercard or Cheque.  If paying by Cheque - complete the registration form and then send in the payment by cheque to the address given on the registration form.
